- Construction administration and management of the general contractor
- Coordination of requests for information, change orders, and pay applications, including coordination with the lender(s)

- Constructability reviews
- Project site visits, regularly scheduled meetings, and reporting
- Leasing and sales coordination, including the management of the real estate broker and sales/leasing staff
- Pre-opening coordination, inspections, and punchlist preparation and resolution
- Management of owner's associations (Property/Homeowner's Associations) documents, operating budgets, including estimates for reserves
- Tenant coordination
- Furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) installation
- Contract closeout and facilities/equipment turnover
- Warranty management
